Your orders are shipped from our showroom in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia.

How long does it take to deliver?

Please use the tracking number provided to track your order with your local postal service once the parcel arrives in your country.

For example, RoyalMail for UK orders, or DeutscheMail for German orders, and so on.

Every customer receives a shipping notification with their tracking number once the parcel leaves our showroom. Please check your SPAM box before emailing us requesting an update.

We take 24h-48hs to process your order, but we might take longer during busy periods. Your local shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control.

  • Shipping Options:Standard and expedited shipping. Right now it is primarily the Indonesia POST. Later, it can be DHL or another shipping and distribution provider.
  • Timeframes:Clearly state expected delivery times for each region.
  • Customs and Duties:Inform international customers about potential fees upon receiving their package, they will have to pay customs themselves based on their country.
  • Incentives:Offer free shipping on orders over 500$.
