All orders are shipped from our showroom in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia with care and intention.

We ship worldwide, including the following regions:

Processing Time

Please allow 24–48 hours for your order to be processed. During busy periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Preorders

We will ensure to make your order promptly, however, some orders may take longer due to natural dyeing process which is dependant on weather conditions and may take up to 3 weeks to prepare your fabrics. These pieces are timeless, and we ensure the highest standard so you can love it for years to come.

Delivery Estimates

You’ll be able to choose your shipping method at checkout. We currently ship using Indonesian Post (POS Indonesia) for both standard and express options.

Indonesia (Domestic)

— Express: 1–3 business days

USA & Canada

— Standard: 10–25 business days

— Express: 5–10 business days

Australia & New Zealand

— Standard: 7–20 business days

— Express: 5–10 business days

Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.)

— Express: 7–15 business days

Asia (Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, etc.)

Once your order reaches your country, it will be handled by your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post).

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel has shipped. Please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking link to update.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local duties that may apply upon receiving their parcel. These fees vary by country and are not included in your Tiyara order.
