Return Policy

We do offer 7 day refunds. We can also provide exchanges or store credit for eligible items.

Eligibility Period

7 days from purchase for in-store purchases.

14 days from delivery for online purchases.

How to Start a Return or Exchange Process

  1. Provide Evidence:

• Include photographic evidence of the item if it is damaged or faulty. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue.

  1. Shipping Instructions:

• Once approved, return the item in its original, unused condition with tags, packaging, and accompanying documents.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

To be eligible, items must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

• Include original tags, packaging, and documents.

• Be returned within the specified period (7 or 14 days).

What Items Are Not Eligible?

• Pierced jewelry and earrings due to hygiene reasons.

• Custom-made or personalized items.

• Items from SALE collections or Final Sale collections.

• Free gifts from promotional campaigns.

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or improper care.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

• Notify us within 14 days of delivery at create@tiyara.co with photos of the issue.

• Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send you a replacement free of charge.

• If the item is out of stock, you can choose a refund, store credit, or wait for restocking.

Refunds, Store Credit, and Approval Process

• Refunds are available, and faulty items can receive store credit if a direct replacement cannot be provided.

For eligible returns:

• Store credit will be issued for 110% of the product price (original price + 10%).

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after item inspection and approval.

Are Returns Free?

• For faulty or damaged items, we cover return shipping costs.

• For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

Additional Notes

  1. Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  2. Lost in Transit: We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

  3. Gift Returns: Gift recipients can receive a non-refundable merchandise credit once the return is approved.

  4. Returned to Sender: If a parcel is returned to us, we can reship it to you at an additional cost depending on the reason for the return.

• Inspection of returns typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt but may take longer during busy periods.
