Where do you ship from?

Your orders are shipped from our Soul Wear Sanctuary in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia.

How long does it take to deliver?

You have the option to choose your shipping service at checkout.

Can my parcel be redirected?

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order.

If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.

Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $500.

What is your warranty policy?

Every Tiyara creation is covered by our 6-month warranty for orders placed via
our online store or in our showroom.

All Tiyara pieces are meticulously crafted to the highest standards and undergo rigorous quality checks before being sent to you.

This warranty is effective from the date of delivery and covers manufacturing
defects, including:

• Faults in craftsmanship or materials

• Loss of any set stones from jewelry

In such cases, the item will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. If repair or
replacement is not possible, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the value of the original piece.

What is not covered by the warranty?

This warranty does not cover:

• Loss, theft, or misplacement of jewelry

• Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

• Chain breakage or stretching

• General wear and tear, including:

- Tarnishing or fading of plated jewelry

- Scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damages

- Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or water

Tiyara cannot assess or replace items that cannot be physically reviewed.

How to care for your Tiyara pieces:

To keep your Tiyara pieces looking their best, please follow our care
instructions
. Proper care will ensure the longevity of your jewelry and prevent issues that are not covered under warranty.

How to make a warranty claim

If you believe your Tiyara piece has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at create@tiyara.co with the subject line “WARRANTY CLAIM.” Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the item and the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our customer service team will assess your claim and guide you through the next steps. If we are unable to replace the original piece, we can offer a store
credit of the value of the original piece.

Problems with your delivery address?

If the shipping carrier's tracking shows they attempted delivery, you must first call the carrier and provide either another secure address, or inform them that you will pick up the parcel at the closest post office to your delivery address.

I put in the wrong shipping address, what do I do now?

It is very important to add your correct shipping address when you place your order. If you enter the wrong shipping address contact us immediately here.

We have a small window to bring modifications to the shipping address; however, we cannot guarantee the change will be applicable as it depends where the package is in the shipping process.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched internationally.

Where can I find my order confirmation?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it.

Otherwise, contact customer service and we will be able to assist you.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. You can return your order once you have received it.

I don’t know my ring size, what do I do?

How does the pre-order work?

An item is sold as pre-order when they are still in production but not yet ready to ship to our customers.

Pre-order items will be shipped on the date announced on each product description. If you added an item IN STOCK and one item under PRE-ORDER, as we are committed to sustainability we will be shipping all your products together when the PRE-ORDER date starts.

If you would like to receive your products IN STOCK sooner, we please ask you to make your orders separately: one order for your PRE-ORDER items and a second order with your IN STOCK items.

What do I need to know about duties and taxes?

Please note that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.

International orders might be subject to duties and taxes which are calculated by your local customs authorities.

These costs must be paid by the customer. All orders are shipped from our showroom in Bali.

Tiyara does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.

For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Should you decide to deny the shipment due to duties and other fees, the package will be returned back to us and you will be refunded for the order after deducting the return shipping fee.
